We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to deliver high-quality creative work. However, we are not liable for:

• Loss of revenue due to delays or content performance

• Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., hosting outages)

• Third-party service issues (e.g., platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, WordPress)

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, we retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project if communication breaks down, terms are violated, or payment is not made. In such cases, you will be billed for completed work.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont. Any disputes will be handled in a Vermont court of competent jurisdiction.
